Biography

Soumaya received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in biochemistry from the University of Manchester, UK.

Research Interests

Soumaya's research passion lies in the development of sustainable processes that have the potential to generate systemic change in a growing global society this includes the development of carbon capture and reuse technologies.

Her goal is to develop scalable algal biotechnological processes that could be expanded and provide economic and translational value for the greater Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
